If you’ve visited us, you’ve likely been greeted by Alinah and offered one of her delicious samosas. The samosa craze is in full swing at Birdsong! Double wrapped for that perfect crunch, complete with a homemade masala with over 15 spices included! No wonder they are so delicious!

Not only does Chai Shai keep our bellies full on Saturdays, they also make an amazing cup of Chai tea, freshly brewed at the market!

Alinah also flexes her baking skills each week by offering exclusive desserts for every market they attend.

This was supposed to be a video where my younger brother (visiting from out of town) made a surprise visit at Chai Shai. Instead, he got surprised when we were actually packing up after selling out all the Samosas 🤭

Thank you so much everyone for devouring all the loaf cakes in just one hour after opening time, for making Chai n Samosas a regular part of your Saturdays, and most importantly, for being there for us every week. It means the world to us ♥️
