Just thinking as I sit here this morning. I know homesteader's who are big on politics and some are not. However, this is weighing on me.
I've come to realize that discussing politics often falls on deaf ears, so I choose to focus on unity. Unfortunately, a 35-year friendship ended due to irreconcilable differences over politics several years ago. Now, I seek authentic perspectives, free from bias. Brandon and I have spent our 30-year marriage creating cherished memories in North Carolina. We've explored hidden gems between Maggie Valley, Cherokee, and Asheville, and beyond. The generosity of Dolly, Eric Church, and CEO John Furner inspires me, while Trump's swift fundraising shows that compassion transcends party lines. However, our government's slow response to aid and $750 dollars to deserving citizens who pay their taxes has shaken my faith. This experience underscores the importance of voting for leaders who prioritize our nation's well-being over personal interests.

This, as it is for most of us is a very busy time of year. Of course that's why we're not on here a ton right now. We have opened an Etsy shop as well, would you guys please go like our page? One of our ducks Millie has a bum leg. Today we built a duck house with a 27 Gallon bath tub for her.
