Fire Up the Grill This Summer🌭🥓 Whether you’re hosting the whole neighborhood or keeping it low-key, these summer grill recipes will have everyone coming back for seconds!

Peach season just got sweeter 🍑✨ In honor of our feature in the latest issue of Palomino County magazine, we’re sharing our new Woodhill Cottage Peach Pound Cake recipe — rich, buttery, and filled with our favorite Woodhill Cottage Peach Conserve. The perfect cake for summer gatherings, slow mornings, and sharing around the table.

Ingredients:
• 3 cups all purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 sticks butter, room temperature
• 3 cups sugar
• 6 large eggs + 1 egg yolk, room temperature
• 2 1/2 Tablespoons vanilla extract
• Fresh lemon zest, finely grated
• 1 cup whole buttermilk
• 2 cups Woodhill Cottage Peach Conserve

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°. Generously grease and flour a Bundt pan, place on a baking sheet, and set aside.
In a bowl, gently whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs and egg yolk one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and fresh lemon zest. Alternate adding the flour mixture and buttermilk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture, mixing well after each addition. Gently fold in the Woodhill Cottage Peach Conserve.

Spoon batter into prepared pan and bake for about 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until the cake pulls away from the sides and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Serve with fresh peaches, whipped cream, and your favorite summer gathering 🤍🍑
