Clearly, we have outgrown the food truck.
We are incredibly grateful for that, but we also have to be realistic about the limitations of our little 8.5 x 22 box. There is only so much food, equipment, and product we can physically carry, and as our customer base continues to grow, it has become increasingly difficult to keep up with demand while maintaining the quality and service we expect of ourselves.
Unfortunately, this means we are forced to suspend DoorDash and call-in ordering during our busiest lunch routes. When we are already struggling to keep up with the volume at the window, adding additional orders through other channels simply isnโt feasible. We hate having to do this, but at this point, it is what we need to do to keep things running as smoothly as possible and to give everyone the quality and service they deserve.
Preorders are still welcome, but they must be placed before we open our truck window. 10:45 AM is the cutoff for lunch preorders. After this time, we cannot guarantee that your order will be received, as we will be unable to monitor the phone during service hours.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We know it can be frustrating when wait times are longer than expected or when we sell out sooner than anticipated, and we promise it is never our intention to leave anyone empty-handed. At the end of the day, these are growing pains we never imagined weโd be lucky enough to experience. We are incredibly grateful for every person who continues to show up, order from us, and help push this little family business beyond what we ever thought possible.
