Along with our variety of oyster mushrooms, chestnut mushrooms, and lion’s mane mushrooms, we will also be bringing some freshly foraged CHANTERELLE mushrooms to the Trussville Fresh Farmers market tomorrow morning! If you have never experienced a chanterelle, it is truly a special and delicious treat—limited supply, first come first serve. 🍄‍🟫🌿❤️

We often get asked how to prepare our mushrooms. We sautéed these and drizzled with spicy honey + topped with mustard microgreens from some of the other great vendors there! 🤌🏼🧑‍🍳
