Trudy's Table Bakery

Custom cakes and other baked goods for any occasion! I will work with you to make it perfect to fit Where did I get the name? Some of you may be wondering!

Trudy is named after my Grandma. . .Rebecca Gertrude MacAdoo. She went by Gertrude and some people fondly called her Trudy! She was such an inspiration to me and my love and passion for baking. She helped me learn at a very young age the love and family that baking evoked! She was a wonderful women that was very talented. My best memories of her are sitting around this heavy round wooden table. . .playing Yatzee. . . eating stew. . .and best of all the COOKIES! Granny was great at making cookies. She always had a few logs in the freezer (she had made) and ready to be cut up and baked. So this business is for her. . .I will be baking recipes past down and recipes that I have developed and created. Love and miss you Granny!

A little taste of Europe for Evergreen Week at Regions! 💚🤍

Scott asked me to make Basque cheesecakes for his coworkers’ European-themed week.

If you’ve never had Basque cheesecake, it has that deeply caramelized top, creamy center, and rustic finish that’s supposed to look a little imperfect. No decorating required, which is a nice change of pace around here! 😂

And because apparently three cheesecakes weren’t enough… I made some green French macarons, too. 💚🤍

Happy Evergreen week to all Regions employees
