We Ensemble Systems, are engaged in designing and manufacturing special purpose fruit processing machines.

Few years back, we have developed Custard apple de-seeding machine (patent number. 297701) , which is very much useful for processing custard apple pulp.

In our machine complete petal gets separated from the seed without disturbing its original shape. The output comes on conveyor belt so the inspection process could be carried online, which saves time.

About the machine -
* This machine is traded under trademark “SAFAL” (registered trademark)

* Approximate Capacity of the machine – 40 kg finish material / hour

* Power consumption – 400 watt single phase.

* Output on conveyor

* Fully hygienic – no human contact to the pulp is required all contact parts are made up of stainless steel 304 and food grade polymers

* Easy to operate

* Recognized by NID (National Institute of Design)

* Patented technology. (patent number. 297701)

* Not much skilled person required to run this machines
