Chuck's Choice Chuck's Choice is gourmet beef jerky, made from quality beef with a homegrown feel. It's like steak in a bag. He had a great recipe, but needed some guidance.

Chuck's Choice is about friends, family, and the love of quality beef jerky. I have been making venison jerky for as long as I can remember. My grandmother taught my mother, she taught me, and with her help, I have grown to know the ins and outs of making venison jerky. I have known Charlie my entire life and he always knew that I made venison jerky, so one day he calls me freshman year of college

and asks me to come try his beef jerky. I did, and it was terrible; A for effort, D for quality. I gave him some pointers and that changed everything. He was able to make it better, easier, and faster. His obsession, my desire to put QUALITY beef jerky out there, his recipe, my know-how, and his drive is what led to where we are now. Chuck's Choice LLC. is official and will be USDA approved to be in stores before the end of the first quarter of 2014. You are all the backbone of Chucks Choice making a name for itself and being successful, and we cannot thank ya'll enough. We will do what we can to show how much we appreciate our friends and fans, so check back and we will keep ya'll posted on how we will be giving back...

We are super stoked to roll out the NEW and IMPROVED Chuck's Choice in the next 2 weeks. Thank you to our loyal customers for hanging in there with us during our growing pains, but we are back and ready to Crush It!!! Keep an eye out for our re-branded product and let us know what ya think. We will be turning back on our online ordering as well. Yup yup yup
