Magic City Meats, LLC Magic City Meats is a new company trying to get our feet in the world of meat processing. Wisconsin Style Bratwurst is what we know best and have prefected.

We are currently making small batch hand crafted sausage with an old hand crank meat grinder that orginally belonged to my grandmother.
