Curious about bourbon? Already a fan and ready to learn more? Bourbon & Besties is your chance to sip, learn, and connect with other women who share your interest in whiskey.

Join us Thursday, September 17 from 6–8 PM in The Copper Room at SLOAN’S as we kick off the first of our four-part women’s bourbon tasting series. Whether you’re a beginner or a bourbon lover, this evening is designed to help you discover new pours, learn what makes each one unique, and build your bourbon confidence along the way.

This limited annual release just dropped, and its story goes back more than a century. During Prohibition, Old Forester was one of only six distilleries granted a federal medicinal whiskey license, allowing it to continue operations. In 1924, the distillery acquired barrels from shuttered distillers and bottled those whiskies under the Old Forester name. Old Forester 1924 commemorates that remarkable chapter in bourbon history.
