Juicing has been a part of my lifestyle since we I was a young girl. My mother highly encouraged her children to eat healthy and to drink vegetable juice. Over the years I have been able to see the power of drinking freshly juiced fruits and vegetables. After becoming ill in 2013, I began a rather intense juicing routine. It worked wonders. During my juicing routine I wondered if there was a place

where I could place an order for a desired juice and have it delivered to my house. Such a company simply did not exist. The easy way of having all of your daily recommended fruits and vegetables in your diet was just not readily available to the Birmingham area. That was the beginning of Fresh Start. You place a juicing order from a list of suggested ingredients and can have your freshly juiced vegetables or fruits available for pick-up or delivered to you within 24 hours. It is that simple.
