Creating our seasonal 🍓NECTAR🍓kombucha entails a multi-step process of jamming local strawberries to reduce water and increase the depth of that strawberry flavor with a gentle caramelization.

Why do we serve N/A kombucha at a beer festival?

Because Funk Fest isn’t just any kind of beer festival - it is about world class fermentation, experimentation, and stubbornness about quality and artisanship.

Thanks to for allowing our fermentation focused kombucha to be poured alongside some of the best fermenters there are. Even in our third year, we’re truly humbled. It’s just an amazing time.
