Fern Creek

Fern Creek Fern Creek decades ago was once a cotton filed with a chicken house. It was part of a larger tract Fern Creek was purchased in June 2012.

The land consists of 18 acres of which 8.25 is pasture land. The home site (1.4 acres)had been untouched for years and years. Heavy brush was hiding the beautiful land that was to be uncovered. What is now very visible, a dry pond along with Fern Creek, had not yet been discovered by us.
