I truly HATE making this post but she touched so many lives I feel it’s necessary. We lost our precious Roulette yesterday and we are all reeling today in her absence.

Roulette was our “ride or die!” She was everyone’s favorite and if I would have ever sold her there would’ve been a line across the county of waiting farms! She’ll always be the “wart covered” yearling I fell in love with even as she matured into the most breathtaking mare you’d lay eyes on. That dark leg never set her behind and she had the kindest heart passed down from her daddy Zorra Highland Captain.

She was ever the picture of health so losing her to a massive colic in 3hrs yesterday was like a gut punch. The vet said she normally sees this type of colic in post-partum mares which makes this so out of left field. We will miss her terribly and no one can fill those big shoes.

Part-Time Horse Farm Help Needed
Immediate Start
Easy (mostly outside Pasture Feeding and limited stalls)

Looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to assist with evening barn chores on a small horse farm.

Schedule:
Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
4:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Duties Include:
• Feeding and watering horses
• Cleaning stalls and maintaining barn cleanliness
• Turning horses in/out
• Basic farm upkeep and organization

Requirements:
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working around horses (experience preferred, but willing to train the right person)
• Able to perform physical tasks (lifting, carrying, bending)
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and being around horses in a peaceful farm setting.
