Happy Tuesday!

This morning I came across a video that explains the recent price increase of pistachios. It's very interesting.. Take a look at it!

Enjoy the day!!

It was supposed to be the year of the pistachio for California farmers with Dubai chocolate, pistachio lattes, and other trends driving up demand for the nut to record highs. But now, they may be getting more difficult to find, and as a result, a lot more expensive

Happy Monday!!

We are proud of the fact that in 3 years Timmy's Pastime has not had a price increase.. Today, we were notified that the 2026 pistachio harvest is not what is expected and prices have jumped 68%. WOW!!! That's huge!!

Stay tuned.. Hopefully the market will correct.

Enjoy the day!!
