As we close this chapter, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to every customer, friend, and family member who supported Yaya’s Place Snowcones. Whether you visited us once or became a regular, your encouragement, kind words, and support meant more than you know.
We truly couldn’t have done it without you.
Tuesday, August 4, marked our final day serving snowcones. This decision was not made because of a lack of appreciation for our community. Rather, balancing full-time careers with the time and commitment required to operate Yaya’s Place became increasingly challenging. We believe our customers deserve consistency and the very best experience every time they visit, and at this time, we are no longer able to give our business the attention it deserves.
While this chapter is ending, we leave with grateful hearts, lasting friendships, and wonderful memories that we will always cherish.

If you want to see our small town continue to grow and enjoy more local businesses and unique opportunities, please choose to shop local, support small businesses, and show up. Small businesses are built on the support of their communities. Every visit, every purchase, every recommendation, and every word of encouragement makes a difference.
