IMPORTANT DEADLINES for Arkansas Livestock showmen

July 1st

ASF - Deadline to order DNA Kit

ABL -All Arkansas bred lambs owned

July 15th

ASF - All DNA must be post marked by July 15th or physically in the ASFG
office.

AYE - July 15: AYE entry portal opens on

July 31st

AYE - entries due on x-po.org (closes at 11:59 p.m.) AND DNA deadline for eligible animals postmarked

ABL - Complete the AJSC Membership ABL Nomination Form for each ABL lamb you plan to exhibit at District Fairs, the Arkansas State Fair, or the Arkansas Youth Expo. Submit the completed form along with payment.

If you purchased a lamb from us they already have their RFID 840 tag!

If not all market and commercial animals must have these tags to attend ASF and AYE.

We still have some wether options available and lease ewes. Give us a shout we’d love to chat. One thing guaranteed PJ Livestock sheep come with a lot of the hard work already done. The 5 year old has her hands on all of them most days.
