Our Family has be raising beef cattle in the Bismarck area for 4 generations. Through the years we have introduced genetics that would help build our cattle herd to produce premium quality beef for our customers. The most recent change that we have made was the purchase of 4 fullblood Wagyu bulls. This Japanese breed of cattle hold the potential to increase marbling, tenderness, and flavor. Our fi

rst results have been amazing! We still raise some Angus steers, but we feel that the future of our operation is heading towards the Wagyu breed. Please give us a call today to place your order for our remaining inventory of Angus steers. Wagyu beef will be available starting in late 2016 to early 2017.
