October

The mornings are cooler, the days a little softer, and the world around us is settling into a new season.
It’s the kind of season made for warm, hearty bowls of oats, iced coffee in hand, and finding a little extra joy in the ordinary.

No special occasion. No reason needed. Just October—and something good to savor. đŸ€Ž

Where does the time go

As one of our favorite seasons comes to a close, we welcome the excitement of fall with all-new hours at our Café.

There’s something special about this time of year—the slower mornings, cooler days, and the familiar feeling of settling back into a routine. We’re so excited to spend this next season with you over delicious bowls, fresh sourdough, and your favorite cup of coffee.

Beginning tomorrow, you can find us at the Oat & Toast CafĂ© Tuesday–Saturday from 8AM–3PM.

Here’s to a new season, cozy mornings, and plenty of good things ahead. đŸ€ŽđŸ‚

whole it isâ€ŠđŸ€đŸ„›

When it comes to our milk, we try to provide the very best options. A2 whole milk has quickly become our go to—pure A2 beta-casein protein, real dairy milk from specially selected cows, and free of the A1 and A2 proteins found in standard dairy.

Whole ingredients. Whole goodness. Just the way we like it.

Our Oats are proof that simple ingredients can make something truly delicious. đŸ€Ž

One of the questions we hear all the time is, “What’s in your oatmeal?”

Our signature oatmeal base starts with:
‱ Organic gluten-free rolled oats
‱ Honey
‱ Cinnamon
‱ A dash of salt

No fillers. No complicated ingredient list. Just a hearty, wholesome base that’s ready for your favorite toppings.

Featured here are two of our most-loved bowls:
“Very Berry” & “It’s Nuts”

A Sunday at the Café.

After a day of long lines, full hearts, and the joy of serving the Fargo community, we’re slowing down for a quiet moment with an iced coffee in hand. đŸ€

Sundays have a way of reminding us to pause, reflect, and rest in God’s goodness. We don’t take a single conversation, customer, or opportunity for granted. We are so thankful for the ways He continues to provide, guide, and bless this little journey.

Wishing you a peaceful Sunday filled with rest, gratitude, and the simple reminders of His faithfulness. ✹

The best summer mornings have a way of finding OAT. đŸ€

Whether it’s an iced coffee and savory toast enjoyed at the cafĂ©, or sunshine, community, and your favorite OAT deliciousness at the Red River Market

We’re so very grateful to be part of both.

If you’re looking for a cool escape, come see us at the cafĂ©. And if you’re counting down to market morning like we are, we’ll be BACKKKK at the Red River Market this Saturday. ☀

As always, see you soon!

From long summer lines at Red River Market to quiet sunrises overlooking the Missouri River at our café  one thing remains the same—an iced coffee in hand.

There’s something about summer that feels a little sweeter when it’s shared. We’re so grateful to spend these moments with you. đŸ€
