This is the harvest between Saturday to Monday. But these photos aren’t the problem. The problem is the summer squash and zucchini and to a lesser extent, cucumber.

Should I sell some on the website? Maybe 5lb bundles?

Anyone that goes to my church, is in Bethany’s practice, or is a Farm customer who has spent $100+ with us in the past can claim some for free. Also we have cilantro and oregano.

Note: all produce grown at my house is organically grown and please don’t claim any to feed your farm animals because it’s free. I sweat for this. Organic farming is not super easy and is a result of learning from accidentally killing many plants over many years.

🚨 Rife Family Farm Monthly Drop This Saturday! 🚨

Hey Texarkana and Atlanta friends!

This Saturday (the first Saturday of every month) we’ll be making our regular delivery drop with our high-quality pasture-raised chicken and fresh farm eggs!

🐔 Frozen whole chickens – $6.50/lb

🥚 Farm eggs – $6 per dozen or $15 per flat (30 eggs)

Drop Details:

Texarkana Drop: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM at Allday Chiropractic + Wellness parking lot

Atlanta Drop: 11:00 AM – Noon at Tractor Supply parking lot

How to get your order delivered directly to your town this Saturday:

1. Go to our website: https://rifefamilyfarm.com/
2. Shop and add your chicken and eggs to the cart
3. At checkout, simply select your drop location (Texarkana or Atlanta)
4. We’ll deliver it straight to the drop point for you!

If you copy a design and build it with cheaper materials because that’s the only thing available locally, expect failures!

My square tubing was not the same thickness as the one I copied, and I am certain my land is the hilliest and the bumpiest of anyone running chicken tractors. 
Result: broken parts on a Sunday morning resulting in injury because stupid me decided to pull the whole thing without wheels.

The thing has to be rolling by Monday morning despite my desperate attempts to garner attention by demonstrating how I can’t turn my head. The farm don’t care. It has to work, and sometimes your day off is not your day off.

Thank God for the endurance he gave me to get the job done. Also for the shop space and the tools to knock it out.

Now I will be eyeballing my other tractors to potentially head off this problem before it happens to the rest of them.
