This coming Saturday here at the cafe we’re going to play with our new meat slicer and make Italian beef deli sandwiches!!! We tried it out and and you can see the results in the pictures below! Delicious!
Alongside our delectable sandwiches we are offering Jen’s famous homemade cheese cake!
Below are just some examples of the beautiful cakes Jen has made for many a birthday party!
This cake will have fresh strawberries and chocolate on top.

BRISKET! BRISKET! BRISKET!
This Saturday at 12:30 pm at Renee’s Cafe in Bivins Tx we’re making Alabama Brisket with a side of creamy potato salad!
Our Brisket is smoked for many many hours and left to rest for several hours to ensure optimal flavour is locked in. We smother it afterwards with delicious Alabama Brisket sauce!
To finish off the meal our Lovely desert maker Jen is offering slices of homemade apple pie for desert.

Lunch is $13/serving
Desert is $3/serving

Good Morning Friends!
This Saturday at 12:30 pm for our weekend meal here at the cafe we are offering something special we haven’t made in a while- BBQ’d Lamb loins with a side of braised beets topped with toasted almonds!
And for desert and light and refreshing piece of Pinapple delight! Graham cracker crumb crust with fresh juicy pineapple and homemade real whipped cream.

Lunch will be $15/serving
Desert will be $3/serving

As promised! We’re doing making kenji style burgers again this Saturday!
What is a kenji style burger you ask…. burgers made from a freshly ground roast (we grind the roas here at the cafe freah that morning) to ensure you're only getting one cow in your burger as apposed to multiple. The texture of these burger is incredible.
Burgers will be $12 each and served on a toasted brioche bun with homemade thousand island dressing.

What about desert you ask…. You’re in luck!
Jenny is making some delicious brownies with a topping of whip cream this weekend!
If you would like an order of desert alongside your burger just let me know.
Each desert is $3

Please place your orders by Wedesday evening.
Pickup will be Saturday at 12:30pm

Every Friday here at the cafe we make a big homemade batch of both!
Only fresh i gredients used.
