Update: Chris Johnson has called and made arrangements to pick up his venison. I’d like to thank everyone here on FB who shared the post and tagged people to solve the mystery! Thank you good folks! Hope everyone has a great Holiday!!!

We’ve been trying to reach a Chris or Kris Johnson. They brought in a deer for processing. Unfortunately the cell phone number we have is incorrect and we’ve had no way to contact them.
The deer was registered under the name “Cora Leigh Johnson”. The venison and snack sticks are ready to be picked up if this message reaches you or someone knows this person. Thanks for any help or leads!

Just a friendly reminder. Deer hunting (rifle) season is quickly approaching. If you have a freezer full of venison (or other wild game) from last year, now is a great time to bring it in to be processed into any of our delicious sausages! Clear out some freezer space and have snacks for this years hunt! Bring your trim to the pasty kitchen and have your sausage back before opening weekend. 😀

Our Holiday schedule: We will be closed December 23rd-25th. Reopen on the 26th.
Closed December 30th-January 1st. Reopen January 2nd. This will allow us to spend some quality time with family and friends over the Holidays 🙂 And if you’re looking for last minute Christmas gifts we do have gift certificates available. Give the gift of tasty food!

Good luck hunters!
Just a reminder. We will be processing deer again this year. They do need to be skinned though as we no longer offer that service. And if you process your own deer or have it processed elsewhere we will gladly accept your venison trim to make into delicious sausage from your own meat. Each batch is made individually.
Deer can be brought to our facility at: 202 1st Ave North in Biwabik. Not the pasty shop 😉
But remember to stop in the pasty shop to pick up pasties or sausage for the stand or deer camp! 😁
