Finally went to 10 lb blocks. Saves me so much time. 3 blocks is a lot less work than 6 for sure! 3 Blue Florida Oyster blocks inoculated 6/21 and ready for the grow room.

We have finally found the perfect 65% moisture ratio for Lions Mane. The strain is now starting to fruit, and we're excited because these mushrooms are suregoing plently!
