What does it mean to be a teaching farm?

It means we have lots of different plants and trees and animals so adults and kids can learn something new!
One of our most famous is fig trees!

We teach how they grow, how they are pollinated and fall tour groups get to try a fig, often for the first time!

This is a part time role that includes teaching in classrooms all over Tulsa, giving farm tours, helping at our summer kids camp, and being a part of our spring fundraiser.
We have such a unique foundation and would love to grow with someone who is passionate about REAL food and ready to reach and teach our community!

We've done farm tours where we turn all the sprinklers on to keep kids attention cuz it's hot.

And all the pleasant days in-between!
