For those who don't know us we are a nano brewery that stared as a home brewery in March 1995 then on a dare took the steps to get our State and Federal liquor license March 2007. We brew when we can because we still have full time jobs.
Retirement from our full time jobs is coming and as the Brewer I really want to ramp up and start filling the 20 kegs we own. I hope to get geared up and culturing yeast stock late summer and start brewing some of the favorite beers, Ship Wreck India Pale Ale and the Imperial IPA, Foot Hills Manderin Orange Hef, Foot Hills Golden Rye Pale Ale and of course my personal favorite Night Witch 588 Russian Imperial Stout plus many more!
