Apparently, even when Cam stays home, he still manages to make the rounds. ❤️🐴📖

While we were enjoying a beautiful evening of worship, pizza and fellowship at Papa’s Italian Restaurant, several friends knew that Cam, Horse of Kings was finally finished and available…and I just happened to have a few copies with me. 😊

By the end of the evening, Cam had found his way home with three new families, including the wonderful owners of Papa’s!

This has been one of my favorite parts of this whole journey—watching a story that began right here at home slowly make its way into other people’s homes, one family and one friendship at a time.

Cam may not have gotten any pizza, but I’d say he had a pretty good night. ❤️🍕🐴

Another Cam fan has joined the Royal Court! 👑🐴📖

My dear friend stopped by to pick up a copy of Cam, Horse of Kings, a couple of Cam plushies, and—of course—we couldn’t let her leave without a photo with the real star himself. ❤️

She may be a fancy reining rider, but even she can appreciate the beauty, presence, and noble heart of an Andalusian. 😉 And Cam was more than happy to turn on a little Spanish charm!

The book and plushies are headed home to her grandkids, which makes this one especially sweet. I absolutely love watching Cam’s story make its way into the hands—and hearts—of another generation.

Horses brought us together many years ago, and our friendship has carried us through so many seasons of life. We may ride very different horses these days, but that love of horses has never changed.

Some friendships just keep getting better with time. 💜

Well…that was fun! 🖤🐴📚

What started as a completely spontaneous “Come meet Cam this afternoon!” turned into such a wonderful day at Victory Farms.

Friends came by, new friends were made, books were signed, photos were taken, plush Cams found new homes…and the real Cam, Horse of Kings got to meet some of his readers in person. 👑

I think Cam may be getting the hang of this whole book-tour thing. 😂

There is something pretty special about watching people hold the book, then look up and realize the magnificent black horse standing beside them is the very horse who inspired the story.

Thank you to everyone who decided to be spontaneous right along with us today. You made our little Sunday idea into a really lovely afternoon. ❤️

Today was one of those days that made me stop and think… wow, this is really happening. ❤️🐴📚

At two different get-togethers today, Cam, Horse of Kings found his way into multiple new homes—and several people didn’t take home just one. They bought extra copies to give to children, grandchildren, family, and friends.

I absolutely love this!

A story that began with one very real black horse in our pasture is now being read in homes I may never see, shared between people I may never meet, and given as a gift from one person to another.

The books are flying out the door—and Cam is going right along with them. 🖤👑

Thank you to every single person who has bought a book, shared a post, told a friend, or believed in this little story. Watching Cam’s world grow one home at a time has been pretty incredible.

And judging by today… Cam has places to go. 🐴✨
