Hey everyone! We thought we would give you all an update from us here at Woven Roots Farmstead! We’ve been working hard on the construction of our new house here on the farm. James has really been putting in the hours trying to keep us on track with our timeline and keeping up with the farm animals. To say he has been busy is an understatement. After much consideration, we’ve decided that we will not be attending the Black Mountain Tailgate Market this coming 2026 season. Prioritizing our time is essential to having a place to call home again. We will still have pork and beef products available throughout the year and would be so grateful for your business! So, please consider buying your beef and pork groceries from us! We will miss seeing you all every Saturday but hope to see you around town every now and then ~ James and Pam Smith

So this fella stop by and told me to post about Thanksgiving turkey’s. He also reiterated that he wasn’t to be confused with the traditional table toppers. We will have unspoken for turkeys at the market tomorrow. Get them while they last.
