One year ago, when Hurricane Helene hit, my life and business were turned upside down. I lost my brand-new food trucks and the factory that produced my Jamaican seasonings, sauces, and dry rubs. Since then, it has been a long road of rebuilding and recovery.

But today, I’m grateful to share some good news — I’m back in North Carolina with a brand-new food truck, ready to serve you again!
