Monday is the last day to file your 2023 taxes unless you file an extension. Come see me to finish your 2023 year and close that boom.

Come say hi and visit for a second if you can.

I was blessed last week with so many of you coming by and telling me how much you all enjoy seeing the changes happen to the old Post Office here in Black Rock and to purchase the crayfish and fixings that I created.

The food truck will be open again today outback of the Old Post Office, here in Black Rock.

Today's menu that I'm creating consist of:

*Home-made hot tamales (Chicken and pork)

*Caribbean Pulled Pork

*Mexican Street Corn (on the cob and off the cob) ***Note: I only have 25 ears left and once these are gone, they are gone until I get more corn.

*Fresh cooked brown beans with fresh homemade fried hoe cakes and a slice of onion.

*Gayle's homemade mixed greens

*Cheeseburgers

*fries
*tater tots
*fried pickles

You may want to place your order early because I usually sell out quick on these menu items.

I already have 2 orders of a dozen tamales each has been placed.

I will be open today as soon as this truck stops rattling pots and pans to create this wonderful menu.

I am going to need a couple of picnic tables, if you know where a couple are at reasonable price please let me know.
