Carter Ranch Beef Locally raised quality beef. We sell locally raised quality beef. Our cattle never leave southeastern Idaho.

They are born on our ranch, summer in local pastures, and then are grain fed by hand in our Pingree feed yard. They are processed in a local USDA inspected facility. The Carter family has been raising beef for several generations and we pride ourselves on the quality of our seed stock herd. By using quality genetics and superior management we bring you safe, local, delicious beef.
