Our Solar Hours Pre-Fall menu is here starting Saturday, September 5th!

We’ve been working so hard behind the scenes to give you all three incredible specialty lattes that will get you in the mood for changing leaves, chilly nights and seasonal spice.

In addition to beverages, we’ll be welcoming the pumpkin bagel, jalapeño cheddar bagel and brown sugar cinnamon cream cheese. 🎃 🥯

Moon Hollow Oktoberfest is officially on the books for September 18th-20th!! 🍻

Friday, September 18th we’re releasing our Life on Märzen Amber L***r. All weekend long we’re running our 19.25oz dimple mug special, so you can get a pour of Helles, Kolsch or Märzen in a festive vessel.

We’ll have accordionist Miles Hoyle from 6-9pm on Friday. Saturday our brewers will be hosting a guided flight tasting from 2-4pm of our German-style brews where we discuss tasting notes, style guidelines and a dash of Oktoberfest history.

Featherbone Provisions is bringing back their brat platter while supplies last!

New brew on tap!! The Ursa Major Weizenbock is a result of our brewer’s time in spent in Bavaria. This strong wheat ale is brewed exclusively with German malts and hops. It has a full, fluffy mouthfeel and the aroma of banana and cloves. At 6.8% ABV it’s the perfect b**r to sip on as the seasons change.

Join us for High School English Trivia Night at Moon Hollow on Thursday, August 27th! We’ll cover all the English Lit classics like The Great Gatsby, Of Mice and Men, 1984, Pride and Prejudice and so much more.

Trivia starts at 6pm, there are 3 rounds with 8 questions per round, and no limit to group size. There will be prizes awarded to the top 3 teams.

Local drinks, live music, amazing market vendors…we couldn’t ask for a more perfect Wednesday evening!

There will be music by Fats Holler, and if you’ve never heard of them, definitely come out and give them a listen! They play vintage jazz instruments like banjos, cornets, clarinets, and bass fiddles, and they’re bringing the sounds of old New Orleans to Blacksburg!

And remember, the Mingle may not officially start until 4:30pm, but the market will be open with all our regular Wednesday market vendors at 2pm, as usual!

Shout out to our day one IPA the Lunatic. It’s a delicious West Coast style IPA brewed with passion fruit syrup, citrus and galaxy hops for tropical fruit and citrus flavors. At 7.5% ABV it’s on the cusp of being a double IPA with all the drinkability of a lower abv b**r. Come try a glass in our taproom or take some to go. 🍺 🍋
