We’re back open Wednesdays for carryout service from 5-9pm!
Feel free to eat inside and enjoy our wines. We will just have limited staff and serve our delicious Roman Pizzas and Pastas in takeout containers.

All of our pasta is made with 100% organic flour of our own unique blend. We use high-protein wheat and requires no eggs for binding. Our dough is simply high quality flour and water…just as it should be.
Our limited kitchen yields a limited menu but we make up for it with quality ingredients. Stop by Thursday-Saturday 5-9pm to taste the difference

What a perfect evening to enjoy our local mushroom and black truffle pizza. Just like any other evening ;)
100% local lions mane, chestnut, and oyster mushrooms from Ben Farmer Ben are cooked down and topped onto our slow-rise Roman pinsa dough. Always finished with cream sauce made with imported black truffle paste.
Enjoy Thursday-Saturday 5-9pm.
Order online with Grubhub or through our website or come on in and enjoy with a glass of Italian wine.

New LOCAL Special! Early Summer Ragu!
Local sausage from is cooked with hand grated local summer squash and fresh onions from then creamed up with imported pecorino to create this early summer dish. Lots of flavor from just a few really good ingredients.
Inspired from a restaurant smack dab in the middle of nowhere in Caltanissetta, Sicily. It was a slow day for a lunch crowd so the chef threw this together for fun and it was spectacular.
