Seller gives a 6 month ( from the date of purchase) guarantee against serious genetic defects excluding hypoglycemia (sugar drops). This guarantee does not cover any normal intestinal parasites. There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors; for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, and other auto-immune disorders that are not covered by this warranty. Any physical problem, which is or could be the result of injury, is not covered under this warranty, including luxating patella’s. To validate this guarantee, buyer must have the puppy examined by a verifiable licensed Veterinarian within 3 business days (72 hours) of acquiring the puppy. If the puppy dies within the 72 hour health guarantee, the buyer is required at the buyers expense to have a necropsy done on the puppy for a refund. If the puppy, within 72 hours after the buyer takes possession is found by a verifiable licensed veterinarian to not be in good health (internal parasites, external parasites, excluded) you must notify us within 72 hours with a written statement from the licensed veterinarian. The breeder then agrees to refund the purchase of the puppy upon return of the puppy (uninjured or harmed) including, with the original registration papers and seller/buyer agreement, along with the written statement from a verifiable licensed veterinarian. Should the buyer neglect to take the puppy for the veterinarian exam within the allotted time frame, the guarantee expires automatically and buyer thereafter accepts immediate and full responsibility for the puppy’s health, both as to know and unknown diseases, disabilities, genetic defects, and any other health conditions of the puppy. All vet bills are the responsibility of the buyer. If this puppy dies from such a documented life threatening inherited condition within 6 months from the date of purchase, seller is bound by this guarantee if and only if the following conditions are met. A. Seller must be notified within two days (2 days) of diagnosis of condition or death of puppy B. Request must be accompanied by a necropsy report if the puppy is deceased, and absolute verifiable diagnosis of the inherited condition in either case, including but not limited to a statement of a verifiable licensed veterinarian. If you choose Euthanasia without prior consent from the seller you will forfeit any guarantees within this contract. You agree to fill out all necessary forms to return ownership of puppy to breeder. Exact size, weight of this puppy cannot be guaranteed at adulthood. No other guarantees apply, oral or written, including color or breeding ability of puppy at adulthood. This guarantee applies to the original buyer and is non-transferable to a second party. If the puppy is not taken to a verifiable licensed veterinarian by __/__/__, then all terms of this contract will be null and void.
