On April 25th, I had the honor of catering the beautiful intimate wedding of Jessica and Kelby. It was truly a wedding filled with love, and support of family and friends.

Jessica has been through so much, so witnessing her find love again was absolutely beautiful. I was truly honored when she called me to cater such a special day. She opened her beautiful home to my staff and me and made us feel so welcome, I will never forget that kindness.

One of the highlights of the evening was being able to see one of my favorite teachers, Mrs. Gunn, who I love so dearly, along with Mr. Gunn, who I have always thought was so funny and still has that wonderful sense of humor. Seeing them truly made the night even more special.💕

That weekend was a busy one for us with two weddings and a rehearsal dinner, but my team and I made it happen. I’m so grateful for the dedication and hard work that goes into every event we do.🙌🏾

Still reflecting on the beautiful wedding celebration of Chloe & Andrew on April 26th.

To the bride and groom, thank you again for choosing Elite Catering to be part of one of the most important days of your lives. It was truly an honor to serve you, your families, and your guests throughout such a special weekend.

To the parents, Mr. & Mrs. Mullan and Mr. & Mrs. Fitzgerald thank you for trusting me from the very first tasting and allowing me to bring your vision to life for the rehearsal dinner and reception. From the very beginning, we connected instantly, and working with your family throughout this process was truly a blessing. Your kindness, warmth, and support meant so much to me, and I’m forever grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a beautiful celebration.

What stood out most to me about Chloe & Andrew was not just their love for one another, but their love for God. Watching a young couple intentionally put God first in every decision and every step of their journey was truly inspiring. That foundation is priceless, and it was evident throughout the entire weekend.

I also want to give a heartfelt thank you to my incredible team. That weekend we had THREE events, including providing bartending services, and everyone showed up ready to work with excellence, professionalism, and love. Long hours, little rest, and a full weekend of serving, yet we got the job done together. I could not do any of this without each of you, and I’m beyond grateful for your dedication, hard work, and commitment to Elite Catering.🙌🏾

A very special thank you as well to Carl Bassfield, owner of In-depth Productions, for always coming through and capturing all three events so beautifully. Thank you for capturing my work and talents through the lens and helping bring these unforgettable moments to life through your photography and production. Every time I have the opportunity to cater at this beautiful venue, Sarah and her team go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Meet Jada & Tyler!

Some love stories are written long before two people officially meet, and Jada and Tyler’s story is one of them. From childhood church visits to attending colleges just miles apart, their lives crossed paths many times without them even knowing it.

When they finally met at work, what began as a simple connection quickly grew into something special. Their bond was natural, genuine, and felt like destiny finally stepping in at the perfect time.

Built on shared values, respect, and love, Jada and Tyler’s journey is proof that what’s meant to be will always find its way.

It’s Tuesday… time to spotlight some of the amazing people I’ve had the pleasure of serving!

I had the honor of catering a beautiful brunch hosted by Joe Massie on April 12th, celebrating the union of Donna & Joseph, who became one on April 11th.

Joe is someone who truly values friendship and gives from the heart, his kindness speaks volumes. He’s the kind of person who pours into his community, supports his family and friends, and shows up in ways that truly matter. That level of love and generosity doesn’t go unnoticed. As the scripture says, Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, will be poured into your lap.– Luke 6:38 🙏🏿This is a perfect reflection of the generosity and love he shows to others. Working with him is always a great experience, and I truly appreciate the trust he continues to place in me.

A special thank you to his wife, Mary, for opening her home and being so warm and welcoming, as I already knew she would be, having had the pleasure of catering for them on several occasions. You truly made us feel appreciated, and you even won my team over… my cousin Dominque absolutely loved you! 😊

I also want to thank my incredible team for all of their hard work that weekend, and a special thank you to Carl Bassfield, the owner of In-depth Productions, for traveling to Richmond to capture my work. We were both swamped this entire month of April, but we stayed consistent, showed up, and delivered every single time. When I say we worked, we WORKED! Long days, late nights, and still producing quality every time. We really showed out this month, and I’m proud of what we accomplished together. All praises to God!🙌🏾

It’s been a while since I’ve posted, but I wanted to take a moment to share a few highlights from the Brunswick County Christmas Party.
I’ve been extremely busy this holiday season and wasn’t able to capture photos from every event, but I’m grateful for the moments I was able to document.
