What are we looking at here? This is a sea of butternut squash and it's looking beautiful! The variety we grow is one of my favorite items on the farm. Controversial opinion, I find butternut squash far superior to sweet potatoes 👀. I could live off of butternut squash soup and butternut squash macaroni and cheese.

But, we have realized that not a lot of folks know how to cook / prepare it. Would cooking demonstrations and recipes be helpful? Let us know in the comments 👇
