I prayed for a well , a deep well , i had nothing but hard packed dry land with a mountain of troubled dirt...

God sent shovels ...
I began to dig ...
God ...why give me soo many shovels? I can only use one ?

He said TRUST ME ...

So , here I dig... looking at a pile of shovels
Faith is scary , its having to believe in the unknown , in the things we cant see or touch.

Its knowing that you know nothing , knowing that you are weak and tired and have no idea how this mountain is gonna move but forcing your self to BELIEVE that it will ...one shovel load of dirt at a time.

Faith isnt a God given gift , when it comes down to it its not even a religious belief. Its a CHOICE sometimes a forced choice but a choice none the less. Its a flimsy feeling called hope. Its CHOOSING TO BELIEVE that miracles still exist and good people and help are on the way ...

Update....

Stopping at midnight on day 3

I finished the first scrub out of the donated camper. Still needs alot of work but its safe to be in . I really need to focus on getting some power up and connected and thats gonna need 4-$500 and a motor (just dont ask what that costs) pls keep looking with your friends and associates no pick pull scrap yard in nc or sc that I can find has them. Its hard to work and do his needed running without a ride .

I need to take him to at least 10 places to replace documents and apply for help.

2005-2011 v6 4l Toyota tacoma
Will travel will have shipped .

I need to get a water line hooked up as well. I can run hoses if I can get them and not a big deal for Grey water run off . I have a camping toilet he can use for now .

I need to figure out how he can run this a/c without the power pole , generators burned up .
Also I am looking for propane tanks and heaters winter will be rough on his 90 pd self without them and all the new ones I bought are gone now.
I have an extension run off my power for now for lights and tv and fan.
Got a cooler im gonna put in there for now.

Now he has a place to put things ...I can take clothes and such for him . I have a few pieces that I haven't been through to check .

Boxer briefs: size small
Socks and shoes : size 10
Shirts small
Pants 28/30 (jeans and joggers)

I dont know anything about camper storage tanks
But I know i have no hookups so ...not sure what to do there but need suggestions i guess...

I need to get him a phone ASAP !
I will be working and I cant get an aid or nurse to come while im working until the place is fully hooked up and ready. This is no where near ready its just barely enough for him to lay his head down. Alot of you wouldnt understand what its like to have to live this way and I pray you never do.

Those who know me KNOW I can NOT stand asking for help , KNOW how hard I work for every penny I get .
Im REALLY swallowing my pride to ask guys 😭

PRETTY PLEASE WITH A CHERRY ON TOP , DO WHAT YOU CAN FOR US🙏 God told me to swallow my pride and I guess I dont have a choice.

Thank you to those who have reached out and already stepped up ...it wasnt your responsibility and certainly not your problem, your lives didnt change at all because of my situation....AND YET you chose to make it your concern ... I am.forever grateful for that and pray that those blessings are returned 10 fold .

For anyone asking ...the BIGGEST thing anyone can do to help us right now is fixing the transportation so I can continue to work and help him OR helping to getna power pole put in so he can come home... if anyone with the know how or materials would like to donate their skills, time or materials please message me ASAP.

If thats not an option please think about donating financially so that we can hire someone to do these things. We have clothes and household items can not be accepted until he actually has power in the house we now have set up thanks to a wonderful family that was generous enough to work with us.

Nothing else can be done until his home is in power , he can not come to spend his final days at home until that is done.

Dad was given a diagnosis of terminal lung cancer over a year ago and told he wouldnt make it til Christmas. His final wishes are recorded that he will not see a hospice or assistance facility, i made that promise and I will not break it .

Any assests we might have had to work woth are gone now , thats 3 vehicles totaled on top of that and only 1 was insured .

We are desperately needing a motor for my work truck and power run to his new place ...

please message me if you have any information or can offer assistance on how to accomplish these 2 things ASAP.
