Granny Emilie's best freezer corn recipe!

1 gallon corn, cut off the cob.
4 tsp. salt
1/2 C butter (1 stick)
1 quart of water
1/2 c sugar

Cook together on the stove for 7-10 minutes, cool and place in freezer bags. 1-2 cups depending on your desired amount for your family size.

*note: 2 dozen ears makes approximately 1 gallon of cut corn.
