🍷 Five years in the making... and finally ready to pour.
Last week, we bottled one of the most unique wines we've ever produced.
Our Blackberry Reserve was crafted from 100% blackberries, then patiently barrel aged for five years to develop incredible depth, complexity, and character. The result is a bold, rich wine with an impressive 17.5% ABV and layers of dark berry flavor, oak, and a smooth finish that only time can create.
This isn't just blackberry wine—it's a testament to patience, craftsmanship, and what can happen when great fruit meets time.
