We had an incredible weekend at Burkwood! Our 2nd annual NCEA Bootcamp with coaches Anna Becker - University of Georgia and Caroline Becker - Auburn University. Saturday was clinics followed by an information dinner and then today we did a mock NCEA meet. Congrats to Team Navy for taking the win! 🏆 Coaches picked Most Outstanding Performances which were given to Hadley Wagter over fences and Mazee on the flat. Horses of the day went to Abacus over fences (Rylie Porter) and Cami on the flat (Oly Furda). Thank you to everyone that came this year. We had a great group from Cali, Texas, Missouri, Colorado and of course all over Washington.

Watch for 2027 dates because it’s coming back!!

2018 Welsh cross pony gelding standing just under 13.2. Clover is big bodied and up hill. Bold to all the scary jumps and only tries harder the bigger the fence gets. Very quiet disposition and very safe. He is so versatile being used for lessons or prepping to head to Pony finals in the hunters or the jumpers.

Summer Blow Out Horse Show was a blast last weekend. We are thankful for everyone that hauled in or got to step out of their stalls for a horse show at home. Kona Ice Of N Whatcom Co 🍧 was a favorite and we look forward to having them - preferable the weather is more cooperative next time ❤️

He is currently competing in the 3’6’“eq and derbies with a junior. Extremely comfortable gaits to sit. Great lead change and solid flat work. Super disposition on the ground and loves being pampered in the crossties. Clean rads on file.

Lots of miles in all 3 rings. Shown with juniors up through 1.20. Sweetest and safest boy. Big step and not spooky. Could take a kid walk trot to the 3’6”. He is that wonderful of a guy. Very competitive in the hunter ring as well. Recently showed in Kentucky wtih top placings in Equitation. “Tico” has a beautiful style and way of going.
