Gypsy Wind Farms We raise Barbados Blackbelly Sheep & Mangalitsa Pigs, breeds known for the high quality of their meat. Certified SC Roadside Mkt on the farm.

Our Pork, Lamb, Beef, and Chicken are raised naturally on pesticide-free pastures. Hiking Trails & Camping! Our farm’s focus is raising registered Barbados Blackbelly Sheep and the curly-haired Mangalitsa Pig. BB meat is mild-flavored and tender with less fat than wooled breeds pf lamb. Mangalitsa pork is considered by many to be the ‘Kobe of Pork’ and is a red meat with beautiful marbeling. We pr

oduce lamb, pork, chicken, beef, duck and eggs; all raised naturally on pesticide/herbicide-free pastures. We have a store on the farm with our products and carry Happy Cow Creamery’s butter and cheese and other locally produced and natural products. We have a picnic area, hiking trails and welcome field trips.

We just stocked up on Mangalitsa Pork! Check out these gorgeous chops! New flavor of Sausage and the old favorites are back in stock! We will be hosting Fairfield Farmers and Artisans Market Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM, so bring a cooler and stock up on veggies and everything you need for your grilling for the next few weeks!

'Cain's BBQ will be here with their smoker with 1/2 and Whole racks of ribs, too! Call ahead to pre-order and enjoy their awesome BBQ!

Brad is on his way to set up at Store 34's Blair Spring Fling! He has a freezer full of Mangalitsa Pork Brats, Chicken and Lamb all raised right here on the farm! He also has Jams, Jellies and Handmade Lard Soaps available! Fairfield Farmers and Artisans Market will be set up there, as well, along with a lot of awesome vendors! Should be quite the event! Come out and visit!

Any raw food doggies/people out there? It's time for the annual Freezer Cleanout to make room for the load of Mangalitsa Pork, naturally-raised Chicken and Lamb coming back from the processor in the coming weeks!

We have a limited amount of Offal, beef and pork available at a deeply-discounted price. Bring a cooler and we'll load you up! First come-first serve; it never lasts long once the word gets out.

The Mangalitsa will be here first; in time for Store 34's Spring Fling and Fairfield Farmers and Artisans Market's Opening Day! Store 34 will be hosting the Farmers Market on May 9. :) Should be a GREAT time for everyone!

We will be hosting the Fairfield Farmers and Artisans on the farm on May 30, June 27 and September 26. Mark the dates! O'Cain BBQ will be here with their big cooker doing Pork Ribs.
