They are currently unwashed and in our refrigerator so this batch will need to be put in your fridge. Wash before your ready to use.

I thought we had a broody hen today, and although our hens are very well behaved, a broody hen will peck you to keep you from taking their babies (rightfully so!). Hence, the stick versus my hand to see how many eggs she was holding hostage. Turns out, she was just a late layer!
