A few friendly reminders as deer season gets rolling!

This is one of the busiest times of the year for us, so once your deer is finished, please pick up your meat as quickly as possible. Freezer space fills up fast.

Specialty and smoked products almost always have a little extra lead time. Trust us — we want to get paid just as bad as you want your meat back, so we’re working as fast as we can while still doing everything right.

If you think there’s any chance a broadhead or blade may still be in your deer, please give us a heads up. We make our living with our hands and definitely appreciate knowing before we find it the hard way!

Don’t feel like field dressing your deer? No problem — bring it to us and we’ll take care of it for an additional field-dressing charge.

First-time hunter and simply don’t know how to field dress one yet? That’s different. Bring it in and we’ll be happy to show you. Everyone has to learn somewhere, and we’re always happy to help someone getting into hunting.

Please make sure all deer are legally tagged, and don’t be afraid to ask questions when you drop off.

Good luck to everyone hitting the woods today. Shoot straight and stay safe.

The Mobile Butcher is posted up at our home farm for the first few days of the season and ready to take deer. We’ll be accepting them first come, first serve, with after-hours drop-off available.

🦌 ONE WEEK UNTIL DEER SEASON — THE COUNTDOWN IS ON! 🦌

First off, we’d like to wish everyone good luck, stay safe, and shoot straight this season.

The Mobile Butcher will be accepting deer again this year. We take pride in providing clean, professional, fast service that we stand behind. All standard cuts are vacuum sealed and professionally labeled.

We will do our best to offer mobile service whenever possible, but deer are first come, first served. Due to the large volume we handled last year and the rush we expect again this season, we will more than likely be working mainly from our stationary location.

A few important things to know:

* Yes, you get your own deer back
* We do not bulk grind or mix deer
* The only exception may be smoked specialty products
* Smoked products may have a lead time
* All deer must be legally tagged
* After-hours drop-off is available
* All deer must be picked up ASAP due to limited freezer space

We truly appreciate all of our past customers and look forward to serving new ones this season as well.
