Thanks again for another great night! I have just a few potato and pasta salads left-that never happens- we sold out of the rest! Thanks again to Four Maples Place LLC / Four Maples Place Night Market by RA Snoznik Homes and Bridges Hospice for having us back sooner than expected. It's such a wonderful market and some of the best vendors!

I can't believe it's Monday evening already! I was supposed to take a day off, but there is no "off" day during the busiest season, and I'm behind on everything - so why not throw another market into the mix? 😅

Make sure to join us at Four Maples Place Night Market by RA Snoznik Homes and Bridges Hospice in Harrison City on Tuesday evening for a great night to check out some homemade craft and local farms and produce! And you can't go wrong with the food truck line up, High on the Hog with great BBQ, Blazzin Hibachi with the best stir fry, and we'll be serving up the wings, pizza muffins and fresh cut fries!

Whew! What a beautiful day! Big thanks to everyone who came out to both the Hannastown Farmers Market and the Greensburg Craft Beer Week Festival! We sold out of quite a bit- but made it through with a few bites left tonight.

Shout out to the amazing crew and leader with the Greensburg Night Market - back to back events and they did great, too!

I have a few menus/emails to send out tomorrow, but otherwise I'm taking tomorrow off, I'll get back to everyone by Tuesday/Wednesday. We have another fun weekend line up of Hannastown Farmers Market, and our beloved Cambria City Sunday Market!

En route to hannahstown farmers market and we have quiche! Chili Relleno and an Irish Cheddar with Guinness Caramelized Onion! Plus so many other good things. We're using our own roasted poblanos, Star Cross Naturals LLC microgreens, The Plant-It Earth Greenhouse And Gardens eggs, and Natures Grove Farm chicken! Maybe we can grab some spring greens from People’s Farm while we're there!
