Fresh new piggies!🐷🥓 We are trying a new breed this year, Idaho Pasture Pigs. So far we are in love! Feels so good to have some bigger animals back on the farm.

**UPDATE** New butcher date is July 10th. We have HALF a beef left if anyone wants to claim it before July 10th!

These two guys will be going to the butcher on July 28th. Grass fed, grass finished. No shots, antibiotics, etc. We will have 3 halves available. $6.50/lb for a half, $6/lb if you want a whole. + Any processing/ butcher fees. Message us if you want to claim a half, we will be taking a deposit.

We are thankful for the nourishment they will provide for our family and any other family who gets to enjoy them. We feel the weight of the sacrifice it takes to eat meat and is a big reason why we are passionate about stewarding God’s earth and caring for his creatures well. These big fellas have lived a good life on pasture and we are thankful for them!

5 little piggies🐷 We are moving them out to the forest tomorrow and will try and capture that process so be on the lookout for that!👀 Some really good nutrient dense and tasty pork coming December 2022!🥓

We were invited to be apart of the the Oklahoma Farm to Table dinner happening TONIGHT🎉 We are bringing a gluten free egg quiche, made with our own pasture raised, organically and soy free fed eggs of course. AND a chicken pot pie made with our own pasture raised chicken! We can hardly wait to meet other local farmers and have guests sample our eggs and meat!

These guys made it to the butcher this morning which means we’ll have pasture raised whole chicken tomorrow! We are so thankful for their life and we honor the sacrifice it takes to nourish our families.

Our first turnip harvest!

It took over a year and three months to do our part in preparing this brisket. It was a very special meal for us. Full of juices, memories and a handful of seasonings! A great reminder to love the process and not just the end product.
