Up for discussion!

I have an indeterminate amount of gold laced cochin that I don't need! Pullets, c**kerels, pairs, I don't care. These are most likely hatched from a project pen, but are still young and have plenty of growing to do. They could be out of my buff columbian from CMH Farm or out of my buff laced project pen (headed by a gorgeous GL from CMH Farm - no they will not make buff laced sorry).

I know it takes two years for these colors to show up and patience is overall thin, but I really do think people have underestimated how gorgeous these mottled rusty black turkeys are, now that we're working on getting back in feather.

I didn't actually expect to get this lucky, but I made a semi-pencilled chocolate poult to continue rebuilding the turkey flock. Semi-pencilled chocolate fall fire, maybe?

Anyway, YOU can make one of these, TOO. Wink wink. We still have two mottled rusty black toms looking for places to go. That's EXACTLY what made this girl possible. ;)

A very nice single barred c**kerel, ~3m old. CMH lines.
A nice lavender c**kerel, ~3m old. Cluckingham Palace lines.
A silver laced hen.
A silver laced c**k.

I'll have all my black/blue from silver laced hens and c**ks I used this year. All the black/blue pullets they made. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work on this variety. The lacing came out very nicely in the offspring I'm keeping and growing out.

Plus, way more gold laced/buff columbian pullets than I thought.

I'm not getting more pictures. I'm going to bed and seeing people in the morning. It's still a good idea to message me if there's something you know you need. ;)

I have some extra chickens. A couple. Is there anything anyone may be looking for specifically? I'm hoping everything extra will go to meat buyers this weekend.

I had people ask about my lavenders. I do not have extra pullets. A smooth c**kerel, yes.
I had people ask about my blues. I have pet quality, but no showy ones.
I have extra single barred c**kerels that I don't really fancy seeing go to a cull buyer. THESE are nice birds.
I may have a silver laced hen. Cockerels to choose from to go with her.
I will have gold laced, buff columbian, buff, and in-between pattern c**kerels and pullets.
I'm not going through my blacks until birds molt and I know what I'm looking at.
I have extra houdan c**kerels. No langshan at all.

We have turkeys, both from last year and this year, too.

Keep in mind, I had about a 70% c**kerel hatch rate this year. I need to hold on to most of the pullets I made yet.
