We use row covers to protect crops and we focus on the soil quality to produce nutrient dense vegetables. We are a small farm focused on producing high quality vegetables through natural chemical free production methods. We believe nutrient dense vegetables starts with a soil full of microbial life. Traditional farming methods have reduced the life in the soil. Our focus has been to replenish the

soil life through quality composts and soil inoculation. When the soil is thriving it produces plants that thrive and have an un-matched flavor profile. If you haven't tried Shalom vegetables its time you did!

We are working hard getting veggies ready! The ground is prepped and several hundred flats from the greenhouse will start going in the ground this week! Atarting this year we are not doing a csa, you can still find our fresh vegetables at Mt pleasant farmers market on thursday and Saturdays, as well as in the roadside stand this year. We will post when the stand opens in the near future! 2023 is off to a great start on the farm!

We have open CSA spots for our 2021 crop season. Our CSA is 12 weeks long starting in late June and running through early September. We do a google drive file system where customers are editors who choose there veggies each week from sub categories. Our pick up is Tuesday evenings farmside or at the Mt Pleasant farmers market on Thursday’s from 7am to noon. The cost for a share is 400.00 for the season. If you are interested in a spot this season send us a message and get signed up.

We had planned to start going to Mt Pleasant market this week. I am postponing it one week. Our first market will be June 11th. I need another week to finish projects and get everything ready for the market season. See you all soon!

We have decided to bring back our CSA this year. We will be doing a limited quantity of shares. (10 total shares) The CSA will last 12 weeks starting in late June. This year we will again do a google drive file where you choose your veggies from sub categories. You will be able to choose from a variety of items each week. This is a great way to secure locally grown healthy food for yourself and family throughout the summer! If you are worried about being in public spaces in the months to come we offer farmside pick up from our reach in fridge in the roadside stand at your convenience! A full share will be 425.00. If you pay in full up front 400.00. If your interested send me a private message and we can set you up! I will be at the Mt Pleasant market on Thursdays for pick up as well! Blessings!
