🌱 Our basic salad mix is a mix of broccoli, kale, kohlrabi, arugula, and cabbage resulting in nutty and fresh flavors with mild spice. As the name suggests, it makes a great salad starter or addition to ramp up the nutrition and flavor. We also love our salad mix on top of avocado toast or in a smoothie. 🌱
