Good news from Blanco this weekend ❤️

Inspired by our Wildlife Collection, our distillery’s new seasonal menu just bloomed with ~Flora Cocktails~: the Garden Gimlet and Texas Wildflower Spritz are refined and refreshing and ready to be paired with an afternoon breeze.

Father's Day weekend Bottle-Your-Own + Marlene's 70th birthday on June 20th now starts at 10am. For $150 you and your dad (or whoever you’d like to go on a Hill Country adventure with) can bottle cask strength Texas bourbon and walk the bottling line just like our team, hand labeling and sealing your bottle. We only do this three times a year, and Marlene picked a delicious cask that will yield about 120 bottles. It will be first-come, first-serve, but you can still reserve your experience with the link below.

Named for the gorgeous live oak that shades visitors to our tasting room in Blanco, this is a bourbon shaped by patience and weather. Distilled in Bardstown in May 2019, the four barrels behind Live Oak finished their aging in our rickhouses through summers that pushed past 100 degrees and winters that swung the other direction : the kind of cycling that pulls deeper texture and oak integration out of a barrel.

Originally selected for our Single Barrel Private Select Program, these four held together so consistently that we kept them for the Wildlife Collection instead. 608 bottles, 123.4 proof, 61.7% ABV, six years and eleven months in the making.
A portion of proceeds supports the Blanco County Conservation Initiative .tx.

Now available at the distillery, 180 bottles of Live Oak go live online Wednesday, May 27 at noon CT.

Rikk tasted Live Oak with some folks from Texas Whiskey Festival: honey, cherry, baking spice, and a mouthfeel that drinks well below its proof.

Texans know that live oaks don't grow tall: they grow deep, stretch wide, and stay put through whatever the season throws at them. Live Oak Straight Bourbon, the newest release in our Wildlife Collection, was named for the one that shades our distillery visitors in Blanco and shaped by the same Hill Country extremes.

608 bottles, 123.4 proof, distilled in Bardstown in 2019, finished under the Texas sun.

Bottle release Saturday at the distillery, online drop Wednesday, May 27th at noon, and a portion of proceeds supports the Blanco County Conservation Initiative .tx.
