We found a nice stash of the HAAM Barrel select, Single Barrel Bourbon and we will have it for sale in the tasting room with a portion of the proceeds going back to HAAM! Milam & Greene just landed inside the brand new Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club at DFW, and we couldn't be more excited to be the barrel select for their first-ever Whiskey Lounge. It's the first Chase lounge to feature a dedicated whiskey space, and they picked a delicious barrel to feature for the occasion.
We're in good company, too: Cherry Coffee out of Fort Worth is roasting the beans for your caffeine and decaf needs, and award-winning Encina from Dallas' Bishop Arts neighborhood is behind the food. Quality shows up on the palate the same way whether it's in a cup, on a plate, or in a glass, and it's good to see fellow Texas purveyors get the spotlight alongside us.
If you're passing through DFW's Terminal D, stop by the Whiskey Lounge and raise a glass with us before you board.

There's a bit of stormier than usual weather in the Hill Country today so we are closing for the safety of our staff.

We hope to be open tomorrow but check our social media before heading out.

Alright y'all we are trying something new in the tasting room this month and keep a little more Texas sun in our weeks with Sippin' Sundays. We can't sell bottles per Texas restrictions but we'll be happy to serve you cocktails and flights and let you while away the afternoon under our oak trees.
