Great show for Cam, Jacie and Bo. Ten class winner buckles (one’s being mailed, one was still in the truck), six division champions, 2 reserve division champions, champion feeder heifer, reserve champion Gelbvieh heifer, 3rd overall Gelbvieh female and 4th place senior showman (forgot to get the showmanship banner and chair for reserve heifer in the pic). Big shout out to Brooke and Levi for all of their work behind the scenes!

The past few weeks have been a whirlwind for the NCC family. Between our wedding and Junior Nationals, we're a little behind on sharing photos, but this moment couldn't wait.

Watching Cam lead Emma 5153N into the ring was a full-circle moment nearly a decade in the making. Years of dedication, long nights, countless miles, and friendships that have become family all seemed to come rushing back at once.

Finding a picture that truly captures the resemblance between these two females has been harder than expected. But if we heard one thing over and over this week, it was this:

"She's a copy-and-paste of her mother."

HIGH Ms Emma 9E100 has been a cornerstone donor for us and our partners. Her ability to consistently add look, presence, and elegance without sacrificing the fundamentals that still matter in the real world has made her influence impossible to ignore.
Yet somehow, this one feels different.

CRLL JNCC Emma 5153N ET isn't just another daughter—she's the one Emma 9E100 stamped & decided would carry her legacy, so it was only fitting that this would be the one to carry Emma’s name. From her head shape and build to her color and unmistakable "I'm all that and a bag of chips" mentality, she's remarkably true to her dam. We cannot begin to describe the excitement we have as she already begun to fill her mother’s shoes.

Watching her this week felt like stepping back in time. It reminded us how we started, how far we've come, and just how special this cow family has been to us. There were plenty of tears at ringside as this moment & every moment building to it hit us in a rush.

Cam, congratulations—we couldn't be prouder.
Jared, thank you for the years of commitment you've poured into this cow family and the countless juniors you've helped along the way.
And to our crew, partners, & friends —thank you. Moments like this belong to every one of you & couldn’t have been achieved without you.

The AGJA Western Regional show went well for Cam and Jacie. We took 10 head that were all raised by Nowack Cattle Co or CLC and there were 3 NCC heifers that we raised and sold that showed also.

The 8 females we took had 6 Division Champions or Reserve Divisions in the Owned Show and 5 more in the Bred and Owned. Plus Champion Balancer Bred and Owned Female and Reserve Champion Gelbvieh Bred and Owned Female. Cam and Pancho won Champion bred and owned Gelbvieh bull show and Jacie & Firewalker won their division in the Balancer bull show.

The three females we sold had a Division Champion, a Reserve Division and a Second in class. Thanks to Brooke, Levi, Trinity, Sarah, Maya, and Wyatt for all of your help getting cattle ready at the show. Thanks to Dad & Mom and Jenny, Jeff, Bo and Cash for taking care of everything back home while we were gone. The Kansas families did an excellent job hosting in Abilene & we are super grateful for their hospitality!

Last but certainly not least, thank you to the Grothe and Brooks families for your purchases and congratulations on the show!
