These two twin babydoll southdown ewes went to their forever homes this morning, I'm so happy they got to stay together. They are headed about two hours away from us but they are going to be show lambs in 4H with some show kids, I know they will make excellent show lambs. I'm excited for the family that brought them. I'll miss their sweet faces and how pretty they are!

My new African geese are loving it here, Fiona seems to be getting along with them and the ducks, so happy I got them. I already got a huge geese egg out one of them. Love eating geese eggs and duck eggs.

Cyndi and Rick came over to visit and brought their friends in from California to visit the farm animals and brought some produce from Poor Boys Produce in Pulaski and I said they were enjoying the salad bar or more like vegetable bar lol. But they enjoyed their experience with the farm animals it was a hot one this morning!

Jack said he just needed a shoulder to lean on as we were walking through the field checking on the sheep in the top field he decided to plop right down on my shoulder and then Jill finally caught up so we took pictures with her. They so sweet donkeys!

Lots of produce from local produce stand, Jack and Jill were happy with the apples one their favorite treats. Cyndi sheep was pacing the fence line and I thought William was going jump over they knew I was coming with lots of treats. Everybody was happy on the farm with what they got there was plenty to go around to 6 pens. I appreciate the produce people for saving stuff for our farm!

Everybody had a night out on the field last night including the 5 baby lambs along with the Rams, we accidentally left the chain off of the ewes pen after we got done feeding yesterday evening and we had let the Rams out like usually at night. Come back this morning they all were laying like they were all dead tired and the gate was wide open I said well I bet ya'll had a blast last night thanks to momma leaving the chain off. So nobody wanted to eat feed, oh well guess lesson learned.
